欧盟CE认证：智能手机和平板电脑将纳入能效指令

欧盟委员会2022-9-2通报WTO，针对ERP指令下的能效法规补充，发布了草稿版本“智能手机和平板电脑能效要求”。

从对这个草案法规的信息分析来看，多数制造商还是持有谨慎态度，甚至保留意见；对于厂商而言，手机和平板的能效标识能带来哪些收益，无法得知……。对于消费者来说利好，将会看到产品更多的技术指标，在购买选择时候供了更好的甄选信提息。

目前草案要求的能来效标识参数，源还是以厂商自己宣称，欧盟并没有规定限值。

此草案是针对CE认证能效法规Regulation (EU) 2017/1369的补充，法规正式发布日期为：2022年12月5日；法规内相应条款的执行日期为2024年6月6日。此草案致力于促进手机和平板关键部件(如电池和显示器)的维修和提高耐久性；其次促进产品设计，以达到节约材料和能源的成本效益;

但是新法规不适用于具有柔性主显示器（用户可以部分或全部展开或卷起）的手机和平板电脑；

新指令发布

新法规规定的能效标签（手机和平板）

(i) a QR code; 二维码

(ii) the trade mark;商标

(iii) the supplier’s model identifier, meaning the code, usually alphanumeric, which distinguishes a specific smartphone or slate tablet model from other models with the same trade mark;型号

(iv) the scale of energy efficiency classes from A to G; A到G能效等级

(v) the energy efficiency class determined in accordance with Annex II; 本产品能达到的能效等级

(vi) the battery endurance per cycle, active use only (END device, active) in h per full battery charge, rounded to full hours in accordance with Annex III, point 1;

(vii) repeated free fall reliability class determined in accordance with Annex II;

(viii) reparability class determined in accordance with Annex II;

(ix) battery endurance in cycles, in cycles, in ranges ≥500, ≥600, ≥700, ≥800, ≥900, ≥1000, ≥1100, ≥1200, ≥1300, ≥1400 in accordance with Annex IV, point 2;

(x) ingress protection rating in accordance with Annex IV, point 3;

(xi) the number of this Regulation, that is ‘2022/XXXX’ [OP please insert the number of this Regulation].
